Isikhathi senzilo samaKristu: Inkambo yokuphenduka, ukuzihlolisisa novuko

Isikhathi senzilo siyinsuku ezingu-40 kwiKhalenda lamaKristu. Siqala ngoLwesithathu lomlotha siphume ekupheleni kwePhasika. Lesi isikhathi sikhuthaza amaKristu ukuba azihlolisise, aphenduke futhi azilungiselele uvuko lukaJesu Kristu.


UlwesiThathu lomlotha: Ukuqala kwesikhathi senzilo

Umhla ka-5 Mashi 2025 ngolwesiThathu lokuqala kwesikhathi senzilo kulo nyaka. Lolu suku luyisikhumbuzo sokuthi isiphelo sesintu ngukufa (huma mortality), yingakho kubalulekile ukuba umuntu aphenduke.

Uphawu lwesiphambano olwenzelwa esiphongweni samaKristu ngomlotha otholakala ngokushiswa amasundu omkhosi wanyakenye, lukhumbuza abantu ngesono nesidingo sokuzihlambulula.

Uhambo lwesikhathi senzilo

Lesi yisikhathi lapho amaKristu ezihlolisisa futhi evuselela ukholo lwawo ngokuvuma izono nokuqinisa izimiso zombhabhathiso.

Ngalesi sikhathi, amaKristu enza izinto ezifana nokuzila ukudla, ukukhuleka, ukunikela kwabampofu, kanye nokuhlanganyela ezinkonzweni ezihlelwayo.

Umbala osetshenziswa ezinkonzweni ngalesi sikhathi wubukhwebezane (purple), ofanekisela ukuphenduka nobukhosi bukaJesu Kristu. Isiphambano senzilo kanye nomqhele wameva kuyizifanekiso ezikhumbuza ukuhlukunyezwa kukaJesu Kristu ngenxa yesintu.

Izinsuku ezimqoka ngalesi sikhathi

Umkhosi wamasundu (Palm Sunday): Lo mkhosi uba ngeSonto lokugcina ngaphambi kwePhasika. Uyisikhumbuzo sokungena kukaJesu eJerusalema njengomnqobi nenkosi.

AmaKristu aphatha amasundu ahube ngentokozo, evuma ukuthi uKristu uyinkosi nomSindisi. Lolu suku luyisiqalo seviki elingcwele (Holy Week) eliholela ekubethelweni kukaJesu Kristu.

UlwesiNe olungcwele (Maundy Thursday): Lolu suku luyisikhumbuzo sesidlo sokugcina uJesu aba naso nabafundi bakhe.

Igama elithi “Maundy” livela egameni lesiLathini elithi “Mandatum,” elichaza umthetho uJesu asishiya nawo wokuba sithandane. Inkonzo eyenziwa ngalolu suku ihlanganisa isidlo senkosi esingcwele kanye nokugezana izinyawo, okugcizelela ukuthobeka nobunceku.

UlwesiHlanu oluHle (Good Friday): Lolu suku yisikhumbuzo sokubethelwa nokufa kukaJesu Kristu esiphambanweni.

AmaKristu amaningi azila ukudla, athandaze futhi abe nezinkonzo eziqhakambisa amazwi ayisikhombisa ashiwo uJesu Kristu esiphambanweni. Lolu suku luyisikhathi sokuzindla ngokuthethelelwa kwezono.


Imikhuba emibi egwenywayo ngesikhathi senzilo

  1. Ubuxoki
    “Maye kinina babhali nabaFarisi, bazenzisi, ngoba nifana namaliba acakiweyo abonakala emahle ngaphandle, kanti ngaphakathi agcwele amathambo abafileyo nokungcola konke!”(Matthew 23:27–28)
  2. Ukwahlulela abanye
    “Ningahluleli ukuba ningahlulelwa. Ngokuba ngokwahlulela enahlulela ngakho nani niyakwahlulelwa ngakho…”(Matthew 7:1-2)
  3. Ukuziqhayisa ngokholo
    “Ningenzi lutho ngombango nangodumo lwezwe; kepha ngokuthobeka nishaye sengathi abanye bakhulu kunani.”(Philippians 2:3)

ISonto Lovuko (Easter Sunday)

Isikhathi senzilo siphetha ngomkhosi wenjabulo lapho amaKristu egubha ukunqoba kukaJesu Kristu ekufeni, ethola insindiso.

Ngalesi sikhathi, izinkonzo ziqala ezintathakusa nge-“Nkonzo kaMagdalena,” lapho kukhunjulwa khona ukuthi abesimame baya ethuneni likaJesu kodwa bamfica evukile ekufeni.

Isiqubulo samaKristu ngalolu suku sithi: “UKristu uvukile!”
Impendulo ibe: “Nempela uvukile!”


Isiphetho

Isikhathi senzilo kuze kube yiPhasika sibalulekile kumaKristu, njengoba kumqoka ukuzihlolisisa, ukuzisola nokuphenduka ezonweni.

AmaKristu amaningi awawathathi amaholidi okungcebeleka noma imigubho yenjabulo ngesikhathi senzilo. Ososayensi bathi uma umuntu eyeka ukwenza into ezinsuku ezingu-21, kulula ukuyiyeka unomphela. Lokhu kusho ukuthi uma amaKristu eqala ukuphenduka ngalesi sikhathi, angakwazi ukushintsha impilo yawo unomphela.
